Designing the Building

As architects we work with our clients to help them realize their vision by developing a plan that  will serve their needs and meet their budget.   As project managers and general contractors we  are responsible for the entire project and work directly with subcontractors, material suppliers,  and state and local officials.   By combining both functions we provide a single point of contact, are more efficient, and save our clients both time and  money.

Pouring the Foundation

We work with our clients on an open basis, sharing all bids, estimates, and supplier’s quotes. We look at the impact on design, energy efficiency and long term operating costs. Subcontractors and material suppliers are engaged early in the process and we often incorporate their ideas and expertise into the finished design.

If you have a builder you wish to work with, or are serving as your own contractor, we will be happy to just do the architectural plans. Or, if you are working with an architect, or have a finished set of plans we can work with you as the project manager or general contractor.
